Acceptance of terms
Site features and licenses may be used only by people who have fully read and accepted these terms. Registering, signing in, buying a license, or using the tools means you accept this agreement.
Nature of the service: education and tools, not money management
Under no circumstances, at no time, and under no title does CH4HAR take money from anyone for capital management, money management, account management, or trading on someone else's behalf, and it does not offer such a service. We only share our trading style, education, and tools with people who are interested.
No access to your funds
CH4HAR never needs access to your money, wallet, broker, trading account, or assets, and will never request it. Each person's capital stays solely in their own control.
Market risk and user responsibility
Financial markets, including gold, involve the risk of loss. Each person enters the market with their own knowledge of these risks and with full personal responsibility. Decisions, position size, entries and exits, and capital management are entirely the user's responsibility.
No liability
CH4HAR accepts no responsibility for profit, loss, loss of capital, trading results, signals, education, or tool performance. The content is educational and a sharing of style; it is not investment advice or a profit guarantee.
Licenses and site features
Buying or activating a license only grants access to the stated education and tools; it is not capital management or access to your account. Anyone who wants to use the site features and licenses must accept these terms.
